Women have their body stories – the memories of a hurtful something a family member said to them about their appearance, how the cover of a magazine made them feel about themselves, the self-deprecating comments friends said that made them look more critically at themselves…over time these body images can do a lot of damage, but they can heal.
In Episode 214 of The Catholic Mama podcast, Catholic spirituality writer and speaker Jeannie Ewing joins me to talk about healing broken body images. It was a fruitful conversation, and I hope you find it to be, as well.
