EP 145: Raising Children to Be Strong Catholic Leaders Part II

At the tail end of our last podcast episode together, Alan Migliorato and Darryl Dziedzic, authors of the book Failing Forward: Leadership Lessons for Catholic Teens Today, challenged me to implement their leadership development methodology in my own home. In Episode 145, Alan, Darryl, and I sat down to chat again, this time to talk through the results.

I don’t want to give too much away (Listen to the episode!), but I’ve got to say, that the changes that occurred in just the short time between when we recorded these two podcast episodes were quite impressive and improved the helpfulness, thoughtfulness, and independence of nearly every child of mine (the infant was exempt from this experiment LOL).

Download the episode below or listen to it on iTunesStitcherGoogle Play or anywhere you normally access podcasts. The Catholic Mama is there! And catch up with Alan and Darryl at their ministry website AdventureCatholic.com and on Facebook.
