Catholics are called to be joyful, content…happy. But happiness is something we modern folk are getting worse at. In fact, according to the 2019 World Happiness Report, happiness levels in he U.S. dropped six percentage points in the past decade.
So maybe we’re going about this whole happiness thing all wrong. Catholic author Dominick Albano takes a closer look at happiness – both feeling and being happy – in his book The Fundamental Theory of Happiness.
I got to chat with Dominick about the book and happiness, and we were even able to get into how to ignite the faith of lukewarm / fallen away Catholics, which is a passion of his.
You can listen to my chat with Dominick here or listen to it on iTunes, Stitcher, Google Play or iHeartRadio.
